Key2 - how to assign pause to a button?

Is this possible? Ideally I would like to do it to the function button (below the on/off)

The button on my bluetooth headphones pauses whatever audio player is active (podcasts / iplayer / mp3 player). This is what I would like to achieve. Usually I use my bluetooth headphones but sometimes I have to switch to wired headphones without a pause button.

I use an app called Frinky Music Controller to modify the hardware buttons while listening to music.
