    Hey folks

    I've a BB Key2 Dual Sim since a month now and I'm facing a weird issue with the Sound Volume.

    The ringer volume, even when set to the lowest, rings like if it was almost at the maximum.

    I've updated to the latest available update the BB but the problem persists. I'm wondering if it wouldn't be an additional configuration to be done as the device comes with 2 SIM's.

    Any ideas?
