Since a few days I have noticed that I have many missed calls because my phone does not ring anymore when incoming calls are arriving, I checked all the setting I reset all the apps but still no improvements. anyone knows what to do ? Help !

check the sound profile, see if it has anything listed for sound. I had this once and the profile dropped so nothing.
