    Is it possible somehow to speedup or slowdown boot process on Key2? Specially after entering phone password to 'unlock all features' ?
    Is it possible to choose which apps will be booted?

    Apps load after boot.

    The delay is the additional security checks.

    I understand. So, is it possible to choose in which order this apps load (after boot), or speed them / slow them up?

    No.

    But you can choose whether to load an app in the background or not. Use Power Centre.
