When i turn on the battery saver on the key 2, a red bar appears on top. Is there any way to remove that red bar while still using battery saver?

No unfortunately, the only thing you can do is download a third party status bar app which will show it on top of the red one

It no longer works for Oreo and above - at least according to the developer.
