[CrackBerry Question]

Since yesterday i have problem with my alrms.

Every alarm beeps as wished but I get no notification screen where i wish to left or right to turn off alarm or snooze ( Sorry I have the german language so I don't know the corresponding english text).

This behaviour is in normal mode or lock screen, and I have no idea what is the reason for it.
I tried many configuration setting, but found no solution.
The new installed apps in the timespawn between working alarm notification and misbehaviour was deinstalled.

reset app in setting I have done too, but no effect on this.
Only factory reset works - but it cost many time to configure my phone correct with all apps and configs.

I hope someone can help me soon.
