    I receive notifications of messages on my Q5 but can't open them. Message screen comes up but download circle just turns and turns!

    Have you tried restarting your device? Also are you in a good signal area? Is there a weak wifi signal conflicting with your cellular signal? Try turning wifi off. Try moving to an area with better cellular coverage if you are in a dead or weak zone.
