    Hi everyone, just found an update available, after download and restart amazon app store won't open and none of the apps I installed before update will open or work
    Any ideas??

    Try to reboot your device a couple of times. Press both volume rockers until the phone restarts. That should fix it!

    I tried rebooting, no change! All the android ports won't work. Just stuck trying to open. I also can not download any new apps...android only affected, BlackBerry apps work fine.

    Update: I had this issue, without reinstalling anything I opened Amazon App Store, got the green progress indicator that never opens, I minimised then opened Music and a couple other apps, the Amazon App store then kicked in and started working as did other Android apps as well as Snap now installing new downloads too.

    Just an update, I have been able to restore functionality to all android amazon apps...did a restore /factory reset thru the BlackBerry link, funny part is the update (10.3.098) is still here. But now everything works!

    Hi!

    When you did your factory reset how long did it take you?? I just did one on mine becuase I was having the same issues with my android apps... Please let me know!
