I simply want to plug it into my computer and have it sync contacts and files, as all my previous Blackberries have done so easily. BB's website offers no help. It just steers me to Google. Any advice?

There is no 'BlackBerry Link-like' app to use, so depending on what you mean by synching your contacts and files depends on the solutions.

To get files from your current device, you can use the BlackBerry Content Transfer app. If you want files from your computer, well, you just plug it in and drag and drop them or use the Android Transfer tool.

For contacts, that all depends on what service you're even using for contact management, but you neglected to mention that. For most people, that would likely be their email account, in which case you just login to your email account and it will synch.

To really help you, you should consider creating an account and replying with some further details that would us better help you.
