    You should see an icon called BlackBerry Hub. This is where all your messages will be. If for whatever reason that icon isn't on your device, you can open BlackBerry World and search for BlackBerry Hub Icon to download it.

    Alternatively, you can swipe to the left from the Home Screen to get into the Hub.

    If you really really need the specific email account icon you have to download an app called shorcut creator. You can use you own icons then.
    But try to use the HUB. Its a wonderful 'place'

    In BlackBerry 10 there really isn't a mail app. The Hub is a constantly running process available from any application just by swiping up and then to the right, or from the app list by swiping to the right. The gestures can take a little time to get used to, but they become second nature before too long.
