I've reloaded my BlackBerry Priv yet it still doesn't boot. Now what?
Good morning, and happy New Year!
I'm hoping someone can help here as I can't contact Blackberry Customer Support today, probably due to bank holiday in the UK.
Basically, my BlackBerry Priv died yesterday. I plugged on the USB charger in my car, screen went black, end of story. Haven't been able to reboot it since.
I've tried pretty much every proposed solution I've read so far: hold power button 15 sec. hold power button 32 sec. Hold power button a million sec. Hold power button 15 sec when plugged using the original BB charger and cable., you name it.
As nothing seemed to work, I decided to reload the software and wipe the whole thing, following the steps provided on the BlackBerry official website.
Everything went well, no errors messages, device swipped... except I still can't boot the phone! When I press on power like I usually would, the screen doesn't turn on and there's no LED activity.
I've reached my limit now and simply don't know what to do.
Funny thing is, my warranty will expire tomorrow (literally the 03/01/2017) and I can't reach someone from Blackberry today to get support for my problem.
Does anybody here have any idea? I'd be immensely grateful, thank you! And have a great one!
