    I'm 22 years old and I've broke my BlackBerry PRIV, trying to open it to avoid the reboot. I don't know a phone like that can't be opened, because I've formerly used low price phones that I could open to remove the battery to solve all problems. I love this phone, even if I'm too young to be a BlackBerry lover. I love his physical QWERTY keyboard and I bought it used at a very good price. The problem is that while trying to open it, I broke the lateral buttons of volume and pause. The entire part must be substituted, according to the man who sold it to me (he repairs phones from a lot of years). The spare parts are a big problem. Where I can find them?

    eBay is your best bet if you need the rear casing. Here is the battery door:
