    Ladys and Gentlemen,
I am having a strange problem with my BlackBerry PRIV touchscreen. The lower part of the touchscreen is only working half of the time! The home-button does work! For example: You open your BlackBerry camera App. The point where you change the front camera and the back camera does work. The "trigger" to take a photograph does work, all the Otter elements in this height Do Not work! Can you imagine what this is all about? I also did the BlackBerry Virtual Expert, there is everything working... Please help me!

    Thank you very much

    Hello interesting

Have you done a long PRESS reset Re holding power button for at least 32 seconds. It simulates like it was a battery pull.

how long has been happening? Did you recently update the OS? Something is corrupt?

How old is your PRIV? If in warranty period you can always contact. Via Twitter @BlackBerryHelp they do
    respond really good.

    Good luck!
