    Can anyone help have a key2 did factory reset and now after settings country and language will now read SIM or find Wi-Fi network. No access to home screen apps or settings only start insert SIM and connect to Wi-Fi that's it.

    So can you connect to WiFi and move to the next step?

    Do you have an active SIM in the phone? Remove and reinsert it, and reboot.
