    After I install Oreo ABD796 on my Keyone. The phone started to shut down and restart every 15 to 20 min. Can someone help?

    I would wipe the device. Make sure you have things backed up first.

    Same issue after I installed that update. It was so bad, I did a factory reset that also was ABD796. Issue continues. Not sure what to do now, I hope BB has a fix soon.

    Same problem. Keyone restarting after 30 seconds after Oreo update. One factory reset later, it still reboots 5-7 times a day. Any suggestions?

    I fixed mine using Blackberry's Mobile Upgrade Q 5.1.8 tool. 2 days running, no more restarts.

    Issue now is Android Auto. It doesn't launch Pandora properly, and neither of the map apps work. This Oreo update is a disaster!

    What is that q upgrade you speak of ? I've not heard of it. I'm on keyone but not had the upgrade yet
