Dear CrackBerry,

IPVanis was advertising at CrackBerry so I purchased their one year plan.
IPVanish APK is not connecting after istallation and the manual setup is unsuccessful.
IPVanish customer service is just referring the existing manual setup.

Could you help me since I purchased based on your advertisement, please?

Android-based VPN apps will not work on BB10 due to how BB10 enforces their VPN setup. You're better off just getting a refund - https://support.ipvanish.com/custome...back-guarantee.
