I can not make or receive international calls ?? where can I change my settings for that ?? I am an old man so please explain in simple to follow terms please I have a cingular blackberry

Might help if you describe what happens when you try to make international calls. Often, it has nothing to do with your device itself but rather your account is not set up, on your carrier, to allow for international calls. Also, what device model are you using? A 'cingular blackberry' could be just about anything.

mmm , it tells me this number is not in service and that is it , I have an other cheap mobile , and when I put the card in that one it seems to work fine ? it is a rim cingular ?

What's your location? Does your carrier still use/support GSM frequencies? What's the make and model of the phone that works?

I think I found the problem , the sim I am using is a pre paid , when I recharge ,I have to select international calls allowed ?? sorry about all this
I will recharge , and see if that will work thanks for your help anyway
