International Blackberry Key2 help needed.

I am in Canada and bought a Blackberry Key2 from Best Buy which doesn't sell directly but through a 3rd party. I was shipped a phone that I think has a plug in for Asia but they also included a Canadian plug in. Before I fire it up can I use this phone in Canada?

BestBuy does sell direct but also does allow third parties where their website, like Amazon, functions as e-commerce destination with first and third party fulfillment.
