I have an SD card in my priv, that was set to internal storage. I was having problems with my phone cycling through reboot over and over, and removed the SD card while troubleshooting. The reboot cycling did stop once I had removed the SD card and manually shut down the phone a couple times (I did not do a factory reset). Now, when I put my SD card back into my phone, it is no longer recognized. Is there anyway to retrieve any of the information from the SD card? The phone now asks me to format the card to use it. Unfortunately, I had photos on the card that are not backed up. Everything I have read seems to say there is no way to retrieve the encryption code the phone would have originally put onto the card. Just wondering if there is chance of getting any of it back.

I am pretty sure you are out of luck. Making it internal storage encrypts the card/data and it must be read in the phone. The fact that it does not recognize probably means data recovery is not possible.

Maybe someone has a better outlook.
