Dear Bla1ze,

I am Alan. I am from Kurdistan-Iraq.I have got a Blackberry Passport Silver International Edition. Days ago, I have got my Blackberry running out of battery. When I charged and connected to computer via USB, the Red light appears at the top. The Passport Can NOT be Either Turned On, Wiped, loaded with Auto loader. Even worse, I have Not backed up the data and contents.

I have surfed on the web and could not find any satisfactory solution.

How can you help in such situation? As I have been disconnected from the glob due to this fatal issue!

Sometime things die..... not much to do after that.

Your data is gone, there is no solution for recovering it. I'd keep trying to reload the OS with an Autoloader agin, maybe try using another PC to run it on. When it runs does it connect to the boot rom at all? Does the screen light up or display any info? What OS were you running, and what OS are you trying to install?
