    The Z3 only has 8GB of ROM and 1,5GB of RAM. I'd suggest you get a new phone. Perhaps a Z10 or Z30.

    Go through file manager to find unnecessary files taking up space and delete what is not needed.

    Or you could transfer things like pictures, music, videos to your CPU and then delete from phone to free up room.

    One place to look is the download folder as it holds APK for Android Apps you have installed.... they aren't necessary except if you want to reinstall the apps. Move them to an SD or delete them.
