instead of using whatsapp fixer but still my whatsup does not in settings side why?

My whatsapp is GB WhatsApp but did not work on its setting I don't know why

You don't need WA Fixer anymore. Just remove all WA apps etc and download from here: https://www.whatsapp.com/android/ . Tap outside the warning box if it appears and use as normal.
