    i use iGrann and i have no issues. Why not try a third party app? Inst10 also works.

    I also use iGrann and it works great except that it still can't upload videos at the moment.

    I'm using the snap version but i've never had this happen to me before. I have a z10 stl100-4 running 10.3.1.2243

    Delete the app from app manager and reinstall the latest IG...works fine
