    I am in the process of transferring my info from my old Blackberry Q10 on to Priv. I have over 5,000 pictures and i cant find them in the photos app. It seems to be backing up photos on Google photo but i can't find all my old pictures. Is it just really slow to load?

    Also i added my email accounts and its not loading my previous emails (i did check the box to load emails from past 30 days). Help please!

    The problem is how bad the native file manager is. It's majorly confusing (and frustrating!) at first to find the photos on your SD card.

    Open your Photos app. At top left corner beside the word Photos you'll see 3 horizontal lines.
    Tap the 3 lines and select Device folders. Wait for the screen to populate and scroll down.
