Only the languages that are listed in that page is available. Your phone can display malayalam, Tamil, etc. But to use it as an input method is not yet possible.

In OS 10.3 is it possible? :(

It is not possible with 10.3 too at the moment. You could simply use the region format as "English(malayalam)" though.

BB Doesn't allow to change its keypad with android keypad.
:(

If what you wanted was an android keypad, you should have bought an android. Never make a purchase without knowing what it is. No point in being a cry-baby after that.
And anyway, BlackBerry 10 has the best available virtual keypad altogether.

I think you can take a min to understand his pain.
He does not want an android phone, but he hoped android keyboard to work as other android apps work on BB10.
The first android app I tried was Tamil Keyboard before I try any other apps.
If having a BB is for productivity, how can lack of language input support considered helpful?
