How do I block incoming Private or Unidentified Calls?

Depending on the device and OS you have, you may have a built in call filtering, need a carrier or third party call block app, or need to use your carrier service to filter calls.
If you are using a BB10 device, you may need to wait until OS 10.3 goes live in order to use third party call block apps, or load a leaked 10.3 version and see if the existing call block apps have full functionality. BB10 at it's current live release doesn't have the API's needed for third party developers to access the phone fully.
