New priv with all updates. One persons calls never connect. No sign on the phone that he tried to call. We can call him and all other calls seem to work OK.

Can't see any call blocking or anything but not sure where to look.

So just to be clear, can he call other people?

Yes. All other calls work fine. Only thing that is different is call that won't come through is from overseas. Other calls including os ones seem to all work. Used to all work on previous bb classic.

Could be your carrier.
Could be his carrier.
Could be he doesn't know how to dial your number properly.

Since you didn't mention the obvious thing in your first post I won't rule out anything.

I suggest you test my hypotheses and let us know.
