    Hello!

    On my Z30 it has become impossible to reproduce videos by means of the Red "video" icon, after trying the sound is maintained, but there is no image. I have to access them by file manager, through the folders. Is there a was to fix it or do I have to send my smartphone to the assistance?

    More than likely its video codec issue. How were these vids converted? Use Freemake, it's free, and try that to configure your videos....
