    So there was an update in BlackBerry world, It downloads just fine but won't install igrann. Anyone else having this problem? Suggestions for solving it? I tried deleting igrann but I can do that either...

    Have you tried to do a hard reset of your device to clear any gremlins?

    Hold the volume buttons down until the blackberry logo appears on your phone
