I have wiped my blackberry twice removing the MC first. But this time i'm wiping it to give away.. i'm keeping my memory card for my new phone but whats the chances of my stuff being restored? ( Backedup etc)

None. No one can gain access to anything without your BBID. That's why it's part of the first few steps of setting up a device.

its a security wiped therefore its hard to get files back especially ones stored on the device

I never knew that, i thought there was chances of things being backed up on the device it the files are backed up
