    I tried to send one text but it got that clock like icon beside it meaning it is waiting to be sent but it never was sent I tried typing some more messages and hitting send but the other messages didn't even show up in the convo. Restarted my phone, is still was the same. Pulled the battery, it still was the same and I still can't send text. Help?

    I always have full signal. It never drops or anything.

    Have you called your provider? they have a tech support line for this.
    Can you make calls?

    I can make calls. Visited their website they only have **** for BB 10.1

    Sounds like the SMS settings have changed or been corrupted. Ask your carrier to send the settings to you.

    I'm on 10.3. My carrier tech support, on their website, they only show help for 10.1.

    mad is correct. 90% if the time message issues are a carrier problem.
