iam not able to solve my bberror problem by blackberry link

If on BB10, check that USB Mass storage is turned off. (settings, storage and access, access USB)

Edit: Sorry, thought you just had problem with Link recognizing your phone.

Connect your phone with wall charger until the greed led starts, then connect the phone with blackberry link, when your device appears click on reload. Insurers that your pic is connected with Internet and do not disconnect your phone while updating.

use a different USB cable
use a different USB port on your computer - stay away from USB3 ports
Update you OS
Don't use a Firewall or other utilities that might block a USB connection


I assume your bberror has killed you phone and it will not boot, you want to reload the OS. You could try an Autoloader as that might work, even when LINK will not.....

Another thing to try is to remove all BlackBerry software, and then reinstall it.
