i tried .BAR files with DDPB and is not working, i watched a lot of videos on youtube and cannot made it work

also i want to use GPS

There is no Skype for PlayBook.

As for GPS, you need to remember that most GPS apps need a data connection to work and most PlayBook devices are WiFi only. There are versions of google maps that work, and there is the native/preloader Bing maps. You just need to feed it data as you move around.
