I am a Bold owner and wanted to with to a Q10. Costco said they sell nothing with buttons (with a sneer on their face) and my T-Mobile store employee actually told me that it "was time to move on." I wanted to let RIM know about the lack of support out there but can't find a way to write them since I don't Tweet. Here's my question then: what did you find was the best way to obtain your Q10?

Online at various sources, and check our CrackBerry Marketplace. We have many members who are regular traders who might be able to help you out. What carrier and location are you seeking one?

You can get brand new, factory unlocked Q10s that will work on TMO (including WiFi calling) directly from BB at ShopBlackBerry. I think the white ones are on sale too.

You won't find RIM as their name changed to BlackBerry! Go to blackberry.com and hit devices. It will give you options. Hit BUY and it will list the online purchase directory that fits your needs! Good Luck with your choice!
