    Reboot your device while it is Powered ON by removing the battery, wait for a minute and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for removing most errors of operating system .

    How is he supposed to remove the battery on a passport? It's non removable.

    I need to know more about the problem. Do you mean the green led that shows the device is fully charged when it is turned off?
