I had the same problem. Z10STL100-1/10.3.1.1154. Oddly enough what I did was simple but weird. I plugged my phone into my computer and I tried to reload the OS through link and once the download of the OS my phone tuned off and the LED flashed green once that happens take off the plug and cancel the installation. Once that's done your phone will reboot and I have no clue how but your phone will boot to the setup of the phone without loosing any data. Do the setup and your problem is solved. I think the problem is that the OS forgets to setup after installing the leak. Have fun!

Install your previous os and your backup, wait for the OS to settle in. Then use blitz to update os to new version.
