[CrackBerry Question]

I have an old BlackBerry Bold 9650. Several months back I started receiving emails that looked legit from RIM telling me not to delete as these were being used to update my phone. Well, then I started getting a dozen a day, so I blocked them. And now, at random times, and at least 4 times a week, my Blackberry will shut down completely. It takes a good four hours of staying attached to a charger in order for it to come back on. Ugh. Help me please!

Aside from the supposed hax0rcisin', I suggest maybe acquiring a new battery since it's a 9650 that's been around for four years now..

Have a z10. I recently downloaded Blackberry Link. Since then I have had data randomly being deleted from my phone. Emails and texts. It appears my email account has now been hacked as well. being bombarded with mail delivery fail notices. talking with server to confirm. How do I fix my phone. I"m not computor savy. Thanks

That's not your phones issues, it's your email account and provider issue.
