I sold my BlackBerry Playbook and did a security wipe, why isn't it turning on?

I followed Blackberry's instructions 3 hours ago and nothing is happening with my tablet.

What instructions?

Did you happen to leave it on the wall charger or did you allow the battery to dry out?
