[CrackBerry Question]

The download for 7.1 failed, now my BB won't connect to the software 7.0. I seem to be going around in circles. my issues are

I can't set up my email account the only option given it enterprise account

I don't have the option on manage connections to select hotspot.

I understand if I can download 7.1 I will be able to do the above.

Any suggestions?

Hotspot is a 7.1 option, yes. But it also sounds like your phone was under a BES policy. So you would want to look into getting it off of that.
