Very interesting, I've never heard of this happening. Are these normal SMS text messages?

All I could suggest is update your OS to the latest version and see if that helps. I know this seems unlikely but, is the person who is texting you, sending the same message 6 times lol

Never heard of it. Some questions:

• Have you upgraded the OS?
• Did text messages work previously?
• If you haven't installed a new OS, what else has changed? New carrier?

This occurs with Android phones and less often with iMessage users. Since both those system Now under the hood and services from servers try to send sms through a data gateway that is not standard, yet still arrives as a text to BB10 devices you get duplicates for every one they send. It's annoying as hell.

Root cause is fully unknown but there are a few of not seldom discussions regarding this say 6mths ago in the threads.

This happened to me with my Z10 on T-mo. They gave me a new SIM which sorted.
