I pre-ordered a red PP on Nov 29. Despite numerous queries, I've been told by DR that it will ship
...will ship "soon". It is now Jan 4----5 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my order. Last week, DR stated that they'd submit a ticket to raise the priority of my order. A week later, I haven't received an email on the ticket either. I feel like I'm being given the run around. Even when I call their customer service, I get the same run around and no answer as to when my order will ship. A 5 week delay, and counting, is ridiculous! What can I do?
