I opened up a sketchy, foreign webpage... is my BlackBerry at risk now?

While searching for Google Play Services for my Passport I came across one of those under-developed web pages designed for basic downloading of music with the big button that says 'DOWNLOAD' and has blinking ads and spam on the sides of the page. Then a pop up happened in a new tab that said 'congratulations you're our 100th' visitor with the option to click 'ok' to be taken to my 'reward' lol, but I just closed the browser. Do you guys think I have malware on my phone now??

No. It doesn't come in that easily, specially on a BlackBerry.
