    Have you consulted the homepage of the pocket wifi service? There must be an FAQ or someone you can email to call to see why you have no service.

    Turn Wi-Fi on on your device... identify your pocket wi-fi and add the ID and PW... Turn the airplane mode off (although if you turned wi-fi on after airplane mode it works).
