I'm am stuck at the moment
My smartphone BlackBerry Z10 is so out of date
My Camera, BlackBerry World stop working
My email count server ain't working so well.
So all I need is a update but when I try to update from the this it shows me that it is updated already.
My actual version is 10.3.2.274 ST100-1
So guess I need to Upgrade it to OS 10.3.3.3216
I'm feeling really lost is why I'm coming to you for help about that .
I'm not economic conditions to buy a new blackberry here in Angola don't use to Sell BlackBerry Cellphones.
So if It is possible to send me please from e-mail the original link for download the Autloader 10.3.3.3216 for Z10 so I can install this manually or update the permission to my country so I can install this automatically from my smartphone BlackBerry Z10 I'll be so thankfully cuz I'm feeling my BlackBerry Z10 is Slowly Dieing, no Camera, no Blackberry World, no WhatsApp.

I need help for my phone because I forgot my blackberry ID and I cant connect it. I have already reset to the factory status because it was not functioning well. so, when I tried to reconnect it, it asked me the ID password and I forgot it. The e-mail that I registered with, also is in the phone and I cant reach it. so please, I need help.
