    i gave my phone to cell service shop to repair.but its now a month they are not responding properly and telling now phone has been lost. i want my phone any cost.. so what are the steps against that cell service shop i can take?

    Have you talked to the manager? Supervisor? Owner? Attorney General? Better Business Bureau? WHat country are we speaking about here?

    Have you physically gone to the store? They HAVE to reimburse you if they've lost it. Go there and don't take no for an answer.
