I keep taking video on my z10 and 1 out of 10 when I go to play it, why does it come back with a glitch?

Not quite sure what to do, my memory card maybe?

What OS are you on?

Yeah I would try changing the default save location back to the internal memory and see if that improves it. If not I'd download a different OS version and see if that fixes it.
