    I recently swiped my Passport.
    Then the screen had an error
    www.bberror.com/bb10-0015

    After that I connected my phone to Blackberry Link to restore

    It went through the loading stages then it stopped with an error

    Now I can’t turn on the phone.
    Does anybody have a nswer that would help out.
    I really like this phone and don’t really want to move to the Keynote

    You are new here but this question has been asked countless times before and you need to use an autoloader to reset your device's OS.
