    My old phone is lost so I can not use this to transfer data. I did however use blackberry link to back up my old phone. An example of one problem is that only a small portion of my contacts are showing up. Music that is sitting in my BBlink, when I click and drag, shows +1 song but doesn't transfer. But all my pictures went no problem. I'm stumped and so is my carrier. Any suggestions? The only notification message i get is "you need to update your account password for your PC". I would do that but I don't know how. Any help is appreciated.
