    i logged into the vendor portal and changed my BBID to another account but now i am unable to log in, I've send a request to the support page on the vendor portal but not have heard anything for 2 days so I thought I would give this a shot.

    anybody know what i should do next.

    the full error:
    "Entered vendor account has been used with a different BlackBerry ID account [error code BBID002]. Please try again with a different account."
