    it has been a week since the global release of the update 10.3.1, after reading a few posts and comments i am really dissapointed with it. i really dont understand the way this updating process works.

    i am using blackberry q10, made in mexico, and had SUTEL logo on it.

    any other solutions?

    Yes you can load it manually.

    thank you for help, is possible that you could tell me how to load? and if i load it manually would there be os problems, or should i wait for it appear on my blackberry device.

    Either way could give you problems, it's a roll of the dice.

    If if you go to the leaked/ beta section you will see some stickies on how to and stuff.
